Before You Get Started
Important Instructions
Every adult will need to complete a separate application.
- You will need to email or bring into the office a copy of each adult’s driver’s license/photo ID.
- You will need to email or bring into the office proof of income (check stubs, tax return, etc) for each adult applicant. Monthly income requirement is 3x the monthly rent.
- You will need to pay a $50 application fee (cash or money order only) per each adult applicant. This can be brought into our office or mailed to 330 East Loop 281 | Longview, TX 75605
Notice to all Applicants
If you are currently renting, your application will be declined if you have not given a 30-day notice to the management company, landlord, etc.
Application Fees are Non-Refundable.
Security Deposit is Non-Refundable if you cancel or withdraw before moving in.
Personal checks are accepted AFTER lease signing with approved check-writing history.
